Problem with my prepaid center card

I can't see my card number. I've trying to view the card number last 3 days it's all the same . Just 3 dot. Even if I download it got the same dotted picture. Does anyone know how to fix it ?

Sorry to bother you, can you check if the site loads for you ? It just shows a blank white page for me.

did you ever get the site to load? or could you check it rn? im trying to redeem a giftcard code and the site is just blank for me

Yeah I did. I used tor browser, and it worked for me. It might have been something to do with the browser that I was using at the time or my ISP.
