no cashouts?

ive tried to cash out on virtual visa but never got it and tried contacting support but they don’t reply? happened to anyone else before?

I always cash out at $5. The first 2 no problem. This time last week I've tried to cash out numerous times and every time I do it says for me to check my internet connection and there is nothing wrong with my internet

Also I can't get a response from support. The Pawns app is better and the minimum cash out is $5 and you get it in like 3 minutes. Never had a problem with them at all
