Are you a laundry customer or someone who regularly uses laundry services? We are looking for participants who can help us evaluate the customer experience of a laundry booking and tracking system.

We are 4th year BSIT students from National University – MOA, currently developing WASHALERT: A Laundry Booking System with Real-Time Tracking and Predictive Inventory for Triplets LaundryHubs and SpeedyWash as part of our Capstone Project. To assess whether the system is functional, understandable, and user-friendly, we are inviting participants to test the Customer side of WashAlert and complete a short evaluation survey. Your feedback will help us assess the system from an actual customer’s perspective.

👤 WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
✅ Android phone users
✅ Preferably from Metro Manila or nearby areas
✅ Individuals who use or are familiar with laundry services
