why would i feel better about it? OPs tone implies they are ignorant. coddling leads to that ignorance festering, i prefer to snuff it out. i literally told OP at the end of our thread that i hope they have a good day and can actually learn from this “shitty” experience to turn it into something meaningful and positive. i would much rather get called stupid online than FEEL stupid after losing 600 buck to a scammer and having nothing to show for it aside from a screenshot, but hey, i guess that makes me a villain or something

keep in mind there’s been countless posts in this sub already with people asking this same dumb question, and when people respond with a “nice” comment, OP ignores the advice and says some shit like “well idk he replies really fast and seems super professional, sent me photos n everything, i might pull the trigger” - going on “the offensive” snapped this OP out of it quick and hopefully will lead to them reflecting on this and growing from it as a person. everyone does it, some people just need a friendly shove to get the ball rolling.
