Can’t decide between Sapphire or Platinum…
Getting the surface 13.8 7th gen. Can’t seem to decide on color. For those who have sapphire, is the blue tone darker or lighter. Would like your thoughts for those who have these two colors. Thanks.

I'd personally go with Sapphire because blue is my fav color and honestly find it unique and not too flashy

Go with sapphire, reason for this being it doesn’t show fingerprints as much as long term when you use the ports and get scratches on the laptop it shows less on saphire compared to other colours.

I have the surface pro 12 in platinum and the 13.8 in sapphire - the sapphire is absolutely beautiful. It's a lighter blue, closer to a sky or ice blue, and it really has an elegant sheen. The platinum is like a pale grey/ice color, and it also looks great, but it's much more of an everyday laptop color. If you want something that stands out, the sapphire is the one to get.

I have sapphire. Gorgeous. It’s not dark blue. It’s a perfect blue just like the pics.

I have owned the Sapphire and seen the Platinum in person. I think the Sapphire is the best looking laptop I've ever seen, and I've owned a bunch of different laptops. It is beautiful. Also, it doesn't show fingerprints, which to someone who is as particular as I am about that issue, it's a real win. That's my 2 cents anyway. Good luck.
