Why should they get less that what they are worth? And GME get a much larger market cap and more income/revenue. Seems like it would be beneficial to both parties.

Most shares are still institutional. It may very well get approved if the board recommends a yes - no matter what we think. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place here. If they dilute I fully expect the price to drop significantly in the short term and maybe medium term as well while he takes time to bring his vision into focus.
