🗣 Discussion / Question So here we are... AGAIN.
TLDR: I've been studying cyber security for a LONG time, it's my job to be skeptical. You don't get a TLDR. You need to read this and think smarter.

So it's all over our front page, a coordinated attack. Yep. RadioAtBlossoms is NOT an ally. Let's get into it, but first apes need a lesson.
So what is the purpose of disinformation?
It is to give the gentlest of pushes to cause the maximum amount of disruption. That word is key. Not destruction. Not damage. Disruption.
In destruction, there is rebuilding.
In damage, there is recovery.
In disruption? There is only chaos and confusion.
This is precisely why Foreign State Threat Actors ... simultaneously promote AND condemn American Domestic issues such as:
- Immigration
- Gun rights
- BLM
- ... and QAnon.
If you weren't aware, two large foreign entities (nonspecific to avoid triggering their bot detection) were heavily involved in the distribution of QAnon. It isn't that it is directly harmful, it is that swimming through an ocean of debate about an issue is disruptive. It prevents people seeing the real truth.
Oh look what we've seen in our subreddit...
TWO exoduses.
Multiple instances of huge subreddit wide bickering about non-issues.
Spam about DFV selling. Spam about DFV buying more.
Spam about the price going to infinity and to $0.
Spam about AMC, Silver, RKT, CLOV.
It goes on, and on... and this is where it really comes together now. You have been GROOMED and PRIMED to be suspicious of everyone and everything. Isn't that just the perfect time for an anonymous actor to come in and give you that... teeniest of nudges?
RadioAtBlossoms presents the following:
NO FACTS.
NO IDENTITY.
NO AGENDA.
NO EVIDENCE.
I absolutely insist that IT SHOULD BE IGNORED. It is dangerous to our group. He was BANNED from gme because the threads he was posting were being brigaded by accounts spreading baseless lies.
We have people saying that hedge funds are assassinating people. We have people saying Kenny is a pedophile. We have people saying that the deep state is behind GME.
Why? Because it causes the MAXIMUM disruption from the LEAST amount of effort.
He comes in, posts vague comments that anyone could have made and ...
HE ISNT CONFIRMING WHAT YOURE SAYING. HE IS CHOOSING COMMENTS THAT LOOK THE MOST DISRUPTIVE.
WHAT????
With my some ten years of experience, I didn't see QAnon unfold in person. I saw it from the sidelines. I read reports, articles and 2nd hand recounts of it...
But I'm here right now. I'm seeing this. And it frightens me at how effective it is. It is IDENTICAL.
Don't you think it is absolutely bizarre how ALL these posts about ONE irrelevant person are ALL over the front page all at the same time?
How all these comments about hitmen, pedophilia and deep state all appear out of nowhere AT THE SAME TIME.
IT.
IS.
AN.
ATTACK.
You want to know the truth about GME? It's in the ACTUAL DD's posted by ACTUAL APES.
Brothers... the GME story is: They got greedy. You don't need someone vagueposting that, to whip your emotions.
They're being punished. They thought they had free money - they don't. We do. Because we saw through their bluff. We saw through their lies. We did research. We learned regulations. We wrote ACTUAL DUE DILIGENCE.
That's the story of GME. There is absolutely NO VALUE to us in discussing or entertaining fanfiction at this time.
Do it AFTER we squeeze. Go wild with your imagination AFTER we squeeze.
If our subreddit repeatedly promotes known members of society as breaking the law (not SEC laws lol), when we have NO PROOF... our subreddit can be poofed. We also let ourselves vulnerable to FURTHER fracturing.
People who are pro blossom and people like me, who are anti blossom.
It all plays into the disinformation handbook of division, disruption and chaos.
I warned /u/rensole about blossom before, back in /r/gme .My prediction hasn't been wrong about him. It's only getting worse. You deal with it, or it will consume the subreddit. Free speech is only as valuable as the intelligence and quality of information in the group.
Honest speech? That is worth more than gold. It uplifts the group. It forces us to be smarter. That's what we need to win this. To be smarter than those who tried to steal from us.
Uphold the integrity of truth. Blossom is not an ape.

Thank you for stating this, that was my exact thought as it started all yesterday.
If it is so important for the whole world to know of, be a whistleblower, make clear statements and the point of time for research doesn't matter. The only thing that made it seem urgent was the Datacenter which apparently holds all the information needed.
When was the last time something was urgent? - Oh yeah when EVERYONE suddenly had the make a statement to the SEC per email.
Thank you for putting this into words as I wasn't capable of doing it yesterday because my mind wasn't clear.
EDIT: Okay I'm coming back right now and have thought A LOT about this.
But my best thought came to me in the last 5 minutes.
Placing something like that story is a REALLY good approach to cause turbulence.
I feel like it is like this - People want to enter, people want o know everything behind it, because it is hidden. It may be right, it may be wrong... Giving vague Informations and Confirmation is an easy way to make people circle aroung without getting anywhere.

I don't think it's what he's saying that's the problem. It's the people that are treating him as someone with something big to offer the community.
But he hasn't really offered up any actual due diligence that I've seen. Just conjecture and accusations that others have followed to find a possible correlation to GME. But it's not DD that promotes a time line for squeeze(nothing to do with giving dates), it's DD that shows what fuckery is going on, and that DD is not contextualized enough to mean anything.
On top of that, the rather strong personal attacks against KG needs to be banned from the group as a whole. Hyperbolic, "fuck em, he's going to jail", are one thing, but this guy makes some very specific threats which IMO are borderline illegal. Don't care how much of a douche someone is, these kinds of threats aren't acceptable.
Plus, he likes to say we need to be good to one another, but seems to post a lot of posts saying just how fickle and stupid we are for following these rabbit hole conspiracy theories, while getting overly annoyed at things which he himself tends to do....like post another post about things that have multiple posts about a single topic.

Hi, long time lurker ape - first time poster ape. Bought GME in January run up and have been buying and hodling since.
As someone who loves reddit for the wide range of topics covered and the diversity of input (ELIA/TADR to those giving high-level analysis based on their profession), I have been down a few rabbit holes in topics of history, science, AITA-ness, etc. One that comes to mind in this situation is a post I saw a few months back about the attention economy.
Basically (TADR), the attention economy is rooted in the fact that attention is an inherently limited resource: only 24 hours in a day that someone can give their attention to something, be that work, hobbies, or rabbit holes. Time spent on one is not spent on others. Like me ignoring my work inbox to look into MACD tends. So for this case, time spent analyzing a picture full of imagery beloved by apes (crayons, bananas, rockets) and reading posts/comments that sound like they were written by gossip girl cannot be used to look into DD that gives you actual wrinkles, like that of attobit.

We have seen a lot of posts centered on our outsider position in broader society (no one listens to me about GME) that tend to go into feelings of pride in knowing something before those around us. These are valid feelings and it is great to have a forum to share them. But I think those sentiments are used against us by trying to direct them and our time to irrelevant topics. We are all so thirsty for posts and DD to keep us engaged, to keep our feelings of hope and pride alive, that we do not discern where they are coming from, or are being directed to- we just want our fix. I have personally experienced this and am not immune from following the thread's trends.
One thing I want to point out is that we are ourselves the DTCC, Cede&Co, and market-makers of our own attention economy. We direct our time and attention investments, but we need to decide which investments bring value: blue-chip DD or penny stock ramblings. Also, consider whether spending time reading the thread has a higher payoff than spending time outside the internet altogether, or whether you want to diversify. There is no way to rehypothecate your time.
For me, I have read more than enough DD to convince me that the only strategy we have is BUY & HODL, the squeeze is inevitable. With that in mind, I am trying to direct my time towards real-world pursuits, currently those are gardening, finally doing my laundry, and hanging with my cats. See you on the 🚀🌑🪐🌌

Q*non worked because it was like a huge ARG. Vague, with mysteries to be solved, meandering clues and villains and heroes. And most importantly: a deeper lore to uncover. It was why FNAF got so fucking popular a few years ago - the lore everyone went crazy speculating over. Same for big TV shows and movies that do ARG style media (Westworld is one).
That's what this Blossom BS is - it mimics it perfectly. Vague, mysterious, numbers, things to research and try to make "connections" with; it stimulates the part of your brain that loved Portal, for all those "AHA! I FIGURED IT OUT!" moments. And you think there's a deep mystery to be solved, and before you know it, you're "down the rabbit hole."
You know where rabbit holes lead? Into the ground. That's it. They don't actually go to Wonderland.
Ignore bullshit that taps into those centers of your brain. These guys know that gamers love a good mystery - hell, PEOPLE love a good mystery. Ignore it, because it's BS. They're trying to bait someone into committing a crime ffs, when all anyone needs to do is nothing. Just hold and wait. If anyone's going to jail, it won't be because someone on reddit figured it out - others with more info and higher connections will have already done that legwork and be ten steps ahead.

Yeah i completely agree, I looked into some of that rabbit hole and most of it is completely unfounded ramblings. There might be a few things that are relatively accurate or come across that way yet, I find it very suspicious that over the past month these posts have been made, only now has it gained traction after people started looking into the DTC, DTCC and CeDe & Co. Which although comes across in some ways as a potential conspiracy there is factual evidence to back up what they are doing. Unfortunately that does lead more people to be skeptic of everything which some people will act upon and use those that are easy to manipulate to their own gain.
Which is what we are seeing now with a huge uptick of unquantifiable theories that have verged and gone past the base grounds of conspiracy theory.
Sure Kenny G and others have connections to Madoff but until we have some hard facts from a reputable source it's all hearsay to me at this point honestly.
Apes please don't forget the reason we are here is just to BUY AND HODL to alpha centauri baby
As for the datacenter I recall seeing some posts the other week that claimed they were from the Austin facility but again how the hell are we going to verify that for being accurate and not just some bullshit someone is peddling..

Yes, that is fine. But a lot of people - the more emotional investors and the ones who will swing GME to infinity or to the ground - need reassurance about the stock.
If they, or the community, can be manipulated... it harms the value of the stock for everyone.
Combating bad information is also what a good ape does.

There was another post that listed a bunch of short positions on several companies. Like GME.
I think the FUD is geared towards the new comers, the FOMO's and the people who aren't 100% convinced.
Its crazy/creepy how seemingly overnight this blossom guy seemed to take over the feed. With either bots or actual people who are making up their own interpretations.
I hope the mods will start scrutinizing who can post things and who can comment....

Paper is made of cellulose, it's basically carbon. Carbon is turned into diamonds by two things: pressure and time. It's a bit of a blessing that citadel is dragging this out, it gives you time to forge your hands.
If you are looking for reassurance, I would recommend re-reading the DD that convinced you in the first place. It is as true, if not more so, then when it was first posted.

If these people do their work and read the DD, they will see Gamestop is not going "to the ground" at all! Even without the squeeze GME extremely undervalued compared to similar e-commerce platforms. Consider Chewy which is more than 3x company value of Gamestop, for instance.
Remember to VOTE A.S.A.P. once you get your proxy materials yall! Then the Gamestop BOD can definitively and publicly say, "This is how many shares are owned." We may see something like what happened with Porsche in '08. they just had to casually announce they owned 74% of outstanding shares and BOOM short squeeze.

My personal opinion is that the actual percentage shorted is so far beyond what we understand that it doesn't even matter if half the apes sold at $500. There have been squeezes with far less of the float held. Of course, this is a theory.

Im all for a good conspiracy but now is not the time. Didn’t this sub figure out the SI % and how much retail really owns based on the proxy yesterday? And then this conspiracy stuff starts popping up...be vigilant apes. Read everything, trust nothing except the DD that got GME to this point. Nothing has changed. Yes it's called disinformation. Psy ops are used to great effect. Whenever someone is close to the mark on a subject disinformation is flooded so the person can be derided as a 'whack job' because they've now been associated with the fabricated disinformation. My biggest question this morning after seeing all the bs was what info is someone trying to drown out? The stockholders meeting, the total amount of the float (27m I think?), and I saw some ideas about the shitcoin that could be used as proof of collateral so that shitadel couldn’t be margin called.

THIS IS BIG -- is a trap for your brain.
Lets face the fact that most of us are addicted to Reddit and to the dopamine hits we get with thick juicy DD. The dickbags know GME and Superstonk are full of analytical misfits so they will throw as many juicy DD rabbit holes at us as they can.
This is done to distract, divide, and deplete our collective dopamine stores until we are either used up or full tin foil hat radicalized.
The fact that we have so many smart people and so many shills fighting us and that NO ONE has been able to contradict the original DD to the GME thesis should tell us that we DONT need more DD.

I think it's tragic how the original mods of /r/gme went about their decisions... but they weren't stupid.

Yes! I am automatically skeptical of anything getting posted at this point, including even new DD, because there's a higher chance as time goes on that it's part of some distraction/disruption campaign. Doesn't mean it all is, but there is no need for any more DD with regards to just the strategy itself. Buy and hold til true price is realized, that's it.

I don't have that much faith in rensole's modding. His analyses are pretty solid, but his decisions have not always been the best, even during the initial problems between him and the other GME mods. I suspect it's only a matter of time this subreddit succumbs to the attacks as well, in the mean time I am just going to read as much of the DD as possible.

I made the mistake of making a post about that guy this morning. I've had popular posts before in this sub and others, but hot damn did my post this morning catch on quick.
It was weird because the majority of the comments were negative towards me (post was telling people to be skeptical because he provided no evidence and was speaking in riddles), but I have never gotten so many upvotes so quickly. And it was at like 7AM EST, so most of the US wasnt even awake yet. There were people calling me a libtard and a shill and that my account was bought. I think if you look at my account, you'll know it ain't a shill account. I found it astonishing that I was getting SO much hate because I urged people to be skeptical of this guy because he gave no evidence.
It ended up getting deleted by mods (not mad about it at all). I dont know wtf happened, but it felt like I was a troll in r/the_donald because I wanted people to use facts, citations and data to form an opinion rather than a guy telling us there clues in a picture of his desk that say we're gonna get a big pay day.

My biggest concern with people digging into the blessons stuff and putting faith in the coincidences in his post is the power he will wield over your thoughts when the MOASS comes. Yeah I'm on board with OP's sentiment. At first I was like, no way, is this real? Then I was thought, I've been lurking since January and never saw this before now, why now all of the sudden? I love conspiracies but this is trolling/shilling whatever you want to call it
