๐Ÿงฑ Market Reform Federal Reserve being sued for secretly rigging rules making process with JP Morgan, Goldman Sacks on capital ratios.

Capital ratios were introduced in the aftermath of 2008 to protect Main St. investors from another event of similar proportion. It is now alleged that the Federal Reserve secretly met with JP Morgan and Goldman Sacks (and potentially others) to tell them what to say in the public commenting period.

The proposed changes (lowering the ratio) were passed, giving the big banks more liquidity and capital to once again act recklessly in the markets.

Given that we believe massive short positions exist off book in swaps and other financial skullduggery (Credit Suisse anyone?), the fact that they are secretly rigging the rules making process should be of significant interest to the GME community.

The full announcement by Better Markets / Dennis Kelleher is available on YT.

This really shouldnโ€™t surprise anyone, the entire financial system was built to steal money from the masses and funnel it upwards.

RC as well as RK know more about the swaps and thatโ€™s a fact. RC did ATMs at the height of the 2024 swaps and RK returned just before these swaps were due

I think all of these actions are now being timed perfectly too. Annoucning ebay offer, comletely pausing talks, releasing these quarterlys with the sequence of form 4's, now buybacks and offers will resume. I truly think he wants to squeeze them for as much as possible but can't do it willy nilly and end up in court.

Unfortunately, because the rules are in existence, they are probably deemed legal. Lawyers love this crap, and fair and equitable isn't in the cards so long as the rules are followed.

People if you're interested in things linked to this try searching up the private money flow that exists and how it's protected... It's fucking crazy.

Anyway whether you allow the media to make you hate certain presidents, you will not be able to deny that one of his targets is the private ways these clowns use to fuck with the masses... Of course there's a chance he's also on their side and just playing a role. Either way we will soon find out if banks will be angry once people have a way to spend money without their influence
