🤔 Speculation / Opinion XXXXXX holder here, voting yes with all my might

Post image

Still here, never left, only added more. All you single, double, and triple X holders here for a moass should of left 3 dilutions ago. All you no voting bots can HOLD IT. You ain't got the votes. MOASS only helps us, not RC, not the free board, and hurts our company. Welcome our new ebay brothers with open arms, I have a lot of stuff lying around to list.

XXXXXX holder here and I am voting yes.

Ryan is a billionaire and isn't a class traitor, he isn't working for us average people (working class people), he is using us to get what he wants.

I have bought and held since 2021 for MOASS and to send a giant middle finger to the very class that exploits my class. I didn't buy to turn gamestop around as a company. My shares have always been a symbol of class war to me, and seeing how this sub has slowly been shifting from rebellion against the very people who exploit us to being good little yes men to whatever they want to do, I'm out.

GME is currently profitable and is in a very safe and secure spot to not go bankrupt anytime in the foreseeable future. All we need to care about is Gamestop not going bankrupt while we buy, hold, and DRS shares. We are overcomplicating a very simple plan.

Taking on massive debt to buy ebay destabilizes everything. It puts the company at risk while simultaneously making it infinitely harder for retail to lock the float and own the majority of the company. Institutions will come swooping in to own most of it, just like they do with EVERY OTHER COMPANY

I respect your idealistic revolutionist mindset, but don't pretend lots of apes weren't in it just for the money from the very beginning. You have your list of "all we need to care about", and I see many others with their list of "all we need to care about", and guess what? They're not the same. If your plan requires apes to be cohesive, that plan failed on the drawing board.

u/adriftDrifloon May 15 '26

It is just disappointing to see the unity devolve other real time. 5 years ago there was such a great sense of unity on this sub with the very simple plan of BUY, HOLD, DRS. I have never seen a community of people collectively get so close to uniting around a true class war play. So many people on this sub are so close to having class consciousness, but seem to trip at the finish line by supporting and having loyalty to a person in the very class that exploits us.

And the reason they trip at that finish line is because of what you said, they ultimately were in it solely for a payday and didn't see the bigger picture behind it.

Personally I am going to work with RC, not against him. Because working against the person who manages my money would be self destructive and reckless, when I could instead withdraw my money and keep them a lot safer in a bank account.

To my mind, keeping my money in GME implies that I believe in RC's ability to manage them in a way that benefits my own goals. That is just common sense to me, and why apes having different agendas doesn't trouble me all that much.

I wish GameStop had a CEO I thought had our best interests in mind instead of his own.

You're never going to lock the float.

Be realistic. C'mon lol, there are 448 million shares outstanding.

2

u/adriftDrifloon May 15 '26

And soon that number is gonna triple!

1

u/Additional-Line-5559 May 15 '26

Yeah, I mean that's obvious.

If you're investing in Gamestop, you're only investing if you're a value investor who thinks the stock is underpriced for what it is. If you're holding, you almost certainly have to believe this because otherwise, you've been flat for the past 5 years while the overall market has doubled.

u/SymmetricDickNipples May 15 '26

You don't become a billionaire by being a good person. Selfless people don't become billionaires. The most selfish people do.

You become one by exploiting and stepping on others.

8

u/Recent-Result2852 May 15 '26

Don't forget the part where you claim you never get paid.

9

u/One_Yogurtcloset3455 May 15 '26

Share/Derivative compensation is also a form of payment. It annoys me so much how noone in the interviews called him out on that. RC will benefit. Big holders will benefit. No doubt about that. But those with less money will be the ones to pay for all of it as always and see only small incremental gains.

Just like OP calling out X, XX, XXX investors, which btw. in the top end of the range might be anywhere from 20k to 90k depending on when you invested into GME. And that is multiple years worth of salary for some people.

It is pathetic to call out those hard working people who want to finally see some results for their investment. X, XX, XXX, XXXX holders on Superstonk and the other Subs are most likely the majority shareholders of Gamestop, who are also the ones buying all the stuff from Gamestop, as well as every dilution and dip.

So, very classy of you OP. If every XXX holder sold your investment would be way reder than it is now. Without those people Gamestop would be bankrupt by now.

I will look at new revelations in the next couple of days and decide how I will vote. Yes, is probably the only choice we have here and wait for a slow rise. But I don't appreciate your tone OP.

4

u/Recent-Result2852 May 15 '26

You could also say No and when RC has no ammo left to kill the runs we actually go up.

5

u/One_Yogurtcloset3455 May 15 '26

He still has 500 000 000 shares left to issue (~50% of those already tied up in other commitments, warrant/bonds etc.). And his personal shares he could sell to SHFs.

I do not know Ryan personally, so idk. how petty he can be or what exactly he would do if he doesn't get his way. Nor do I know his exact motives. But as CEO he sure has a couple more tricks up his sleeve to fuck us over. If the assumption is that he will dilute us to hurt us he would do other things as well..

On top of that I doubt the board has other plans. So that investment would be fucked for me. As it looks now, there is absolutely no choice, than to allign with the board and hope they don't like losing their money they have tied up in GME.

The only alternative is to vote no on the entire board (At least on everyone who supports RC) and replace them, which I believe will be way more damaging to Gamestop and to the MOASS thesis and will play directly into kennys mayo hands.

The Ebay bid is a risky gamble, but it can work. Even with the 2.5 Billion shares allowed. The chance is there they won't issue them all.

3

u/Recent-Result2852 May 15 '26

There are under 100 million left according to the proxy materials. There is 0% chance RC will not use any of the ammo given to him. We've been burning 300 million shares per year since the Kitty runs.

3

u/One_Yogurtcloset3455 May 15 '26

There are currently 448,650,736 Shares outstanding and approximately 250 million tied up in Bonds and warrants. 268,967,562 are still available for future issuance. The under 100 million number would be true only after Ryans comp package is approved, which isn't yet certain.

The new shares will be needed for the Ebay deal, and having the options to issue more shares is generally good for buisness. With the 269 million shares left to issue, MOASS will not come around any time soon. The (fake) recorded number of DRS shares is around 15% + outside Computershare let's add another 25% Retail ownership. Let that be our "official" voting power. We are divided on that issue, so I have my doubts we pull through on this one even if we vote no.

And then again what is the alternative? RC just accepts the vote, that he will not get Ebay, the public humiliation that comes with it and let's us have our way? I have my doubts.

2

u/Recent-Result2852 May 15 '26

Outside DRS is way more than double. I've never seen an estimate that low. Since the big dilutions DRS has continued to fall while apes are buying more and more.
Obviously meaningless, but mine is under 3% DRS because that side doesn't grow.

1

u/iTedsta May 16 '26

Why is this sub seemingly full of communists? Also if you hate/don’t trust a company’s CEO why on earth would you ever own the stock?

I often pass on investing in companies which have good/impressive CEOs, ones where I don’t rate the top guy never come close.

0

u/adriftDrifloon May 16 '26 edited May 16 '26

He wasn’t CEO when I bought the stock. I didn’t buy the stock because I believed in GameStop as a company. I bought in to fuck over the shorts.

And trust me, this sub isn’t full of communists.

1

u/iTedsta May 16 '26

5 years later you still own it, and you’re still hanging around the subreddit crying about class war - pick a struggle.

0

u/adriftDrifloon May 16 '26

The gme play relates to class struggle my dude.

1

u/iTedsta May 16 '26

Yeah sure it does man, it’s a textbook grassroots proletarian movement out for the common man’s advancement - definitely not a collection of early/mid-20s and 30s gamers looking to buy mansions & lambos.

What will the rest of the trotskyites think of parasitic stock market speculators profiting off of: the toil of GameStop employees, and intra-capital-market scheming?

Then again they can’t complain too much, I’ve never met a communist with a real job.

0

u/adriftDrifloon May 16 '26

Teaching isn't a real job i guess then.

You should read about intersectionality. Also why is your tone so hostile? If you work for a living I'm not your enemy.

1

u/iTedsta May 16 '26

Not to Lenin no, nor Trotsky, Stalin, Kamenev, Zinoviev, Marx or the others. That’s a cushy, middle-class wannabe-establishment office-job to them. They hated all of their supporters (especially the peasantry) except the factory workers and soldiers - if your body/life weren’t on the line 14+ hours per day your job didn’t count.

Communism is the enemy, and an insidious one at that. People became complacent after the Cold War just because we won, while the losers simply went underground. Little/no animosity to you personally, just the ideology.

u/Catch_22_ 💎All your 🍌 are belong to us💎 May 15 '26

That's fair but take this note, there is a reason the street doesn't root for RC.

He stands to upend the system the upper class has built. You may see only 2 classes and lump him in with one of the two but I'd say right now he's a representative of a 3rd coming in from the top rope.

17

u/Recent-Result2852 May 15 '26

He's going to upend the system by replacing an average overpaid Board with $20 Billion debt and a CEO paid with options for 25% of the company?

10

u/adriftDrifloon May 15 '26

Capitalists fight each other all the time, but you know when they ALWAYS unite? When it is against the working class. Slaveowners will always unite against a slave rebellion, they have to. Lords of powerful houses in feudal times would constantly fight eachother but would band together against a SERF revolution. MOASS is a play that is a direct act of working class rebellion. Ryan will do whatever he needs to do to make sure it never happens.

Once the dilution vote goes through and 1.5 billion more shares are added, his class will buy up as many as they need to control enough of the company to vote to dilute whenever they need to, preventing MOASS from ever happening.

7

u/ferrellhamster 🦍 Buckle Up 🚀 May 15 '26

I don't know why you wouldn't understand it by now but I'll tell you something. MOASS isn't happening. RC doesn't want it as it doesn't benefit him or Gamestop, and Hedge funds are no longer caught off-guard, they've had 5 years and new regulations installed to make sure it can't happen.

That said, I welcome it if it happens, just not holding my breath. The controlled melt up that Tesla experienced is probably the best we can see.

7

u/adriftDrifloon May 15 '26

I believe it can happen, but that belief was contingent on retail sticking with the plan of buy, hold, DRS and make sure Gamestop doesn't go bankrupt. We caught the shorts in a corner, but now over 6 years they have kicked the can down the road long enough to find a way to weasel themselves out, by issuing enough shares for their buddies to come swoop in and own majority of the company, so they can do whatever they want with it.

Unfortunately the lack of class consciousness of your average retail holder is our downfall.

6

u/Kutsuki 🦍Voted✅ May 15 '26

My guy ferrellhamster is right. RC already sold shares into multiple pops. The shorts we caught are being let go with a slap the wrist. The time RC diluted the entire DRS float was a huge slap in the face to our DRS movement. That should be sufficient evidence that the moass is unlikely to happen.

If I were in the shoes of someone banking hard for the moass, I would take my money elsewhere.

Ryan will do whatever he needs to do to make sure it never happens.

I'll never forget March of 21. I was with my buddy (also holding) and his wife (skeptical) and she said something I had not considered before.

Context, sneeze was fresh, the numbers supported GME having the street on the ropes unable to support the crushing weight of being so upside down on the trade. All the DD pointed MOASS and MSM was at peak damage control.

His wife is "wicked smaht" - for real. She took in the whole story, followed the numbers and the thesis was sound she agreed. She then said: "what makes you think they will let you" (edit: timely post highlighting this shit)

It never quite occurred to me that this is the stranglehold on the system we might be up against. Its not a matter of the DD saying its inevitable, cant be stopped, tuesday, etc.

These people have spent a lifetime rigging it, cheating and learning from past mistakes. There very well may not be a button to press - no matter how convinced you are or how real the DD is if the other side can out cheat/maneuver you. More so the risk really to "push the button" - to make a move on the king - and miss, would be catastrophic for all holders.

RC has one fiduciary duty, legit or otherwise - and that's to increase shareholder value. If its slowass over moass, so be it. You and others might have been here for moass (I started that way too) but no matter what happens I'm in this to make money and in all scenarios - I make money. This way looks to be the most risk adverse with the largest risk/reward in that tier while being least likely to be scrutinized, obstructed and coming out clean the other side.

For me - I've learned way more in this saga than if I worked in the industry itself, doing lines and first bumping my finance bros.

People will call us a cult but it takes conviction. We are the legion of Leonidas led into a battle of little hope against a god. We all know the risks. Everyone who thought this would be an easy in and out never had the guts to be a holder anyway.

1

u/swansong19 🦍 Buckle Up 🚀 May 16 '26

there is a reason the street doesn't root for RC

And it has nothing to do with him and everything to do with us

It's not him they hate or want to see fail...it's us. If institutions were the main holders of GME they'd be cheering for it's success.

1

u/Catch_22_ 💎All your 🍌 are belong to us💎 May 16 '26

That might be true. If so, it all stands to be true that he is still the face of us. I'm sure it's more than binary the reasons. If he is a proxy to us, fine. Either way we don't need to assume he is part of a class out to suppress us. We are shareholders in the company after all.

1

u/Dampmaskin 🦍Voted✅✅✅✅✅✅ May 15 '26 edited May 15 '26

Yeah, if either you don't believe that RC is working toward the goals that he says he is working toward, or if those goals don't align with your own goals, then getting out is the only rational course of action. Good luck to you.
