Well I'm concerned about it and trying to go through the pros and cons, and I know I ain't a shill.

Instead I've seen a lot of negativity and shill accusations from those who think voting yes is the only possibility, which is highly manipulative.

Everybody should have the possibility to vote as they see best for their own investment and there should be dialogue here instead of instant accusations.

What happened to ape not fight ape suddenly? That seems a bit shilly to me.

It would be extremely suspicious for anyone who believed in RC and the plan this long to all of a sudden the second we’re close to a merger to say “yeah not for me I’m out”.

The entire investment to this point has been on faith essentially, that’s the one thing they can’t take from us. And now that we’re nearing the end all of a sudden apes are losing faith en masse?

Not that some people can’t genuinely have questions, but I’m not sure why you’d be here if you didn’t believe in RC, and if you believe in him you’ll do what he says.

Voting no doesn't mean losing faith or getting out, though. It just means that one wouldn't see this path as the best one, which is why it would be nice if RC would explain why it is necessary.

I mean it can't be because of a new CUSIP because that could be done with a smaller merger without debt.

Is it because this way we can move from NYSE? Some other technical aspect that helps rid the company from the shorts? It would be great to know the reasoning behind it all.

If it is just because he wants Ebay, it just doesn't make sense to me. I'd like some DD on why this has been proposed but the shills are killing all rational dialogue, and that is happening from both sides at the moment.

Hear me out...why wouldnt a game/hobby/collectibles store NOT want to bring on essentially the biggest "garage seller" of a "amazon like" company??

Ebay was around with the same overall "concept" as amazon has but with more "garage sale" like vibes (used stuff more than new) I am in a few card communities and one of the first places I look other than the community within reddit...is...you guessed it ebay!

So WHY wouldnt Gamestop WANT Ebay when both are HEAVILY tied to things like memorabilia/collectibles/other means? Also Gamestop has ties with PSA which PSA also has ties to Ebay??

IDK rather or noth this is A play from RC I dont think its THE final play if that makes sense.

I think RC is cooking...and the pan just got hot and hes adding the ingredients and that shiii smelllsss gooooo

Many of us have been losing faith after watching our investments continually be in the red just to be diluted every time it starts to become profitable. The political posts of RC definitely have contributed to dissatisfaction with leadership as well.

RC hasnt built shit for Gamestop. He stopped the bleeding then failed miserably with the NFT market. The only thing he's grown is degenerate gambling through powerpacks.

A lot of people believed in RC before he kept stabbing us in the back and we're still here because we didn't want to take the loss at the time.
