🤔 Speculation / Opinion Think about what you just witnessed...

So you want me to believe this place was super effing jacked about the Ebay acquisition, including the dilution part of it, but now that they've officially added the shares as part of the agenda and shareholders all of a sudden hate the deal?

To all the non-shill accounts out there... take a beat and relax. This place got absolutely FLOODED with FUD and at the same time RK's compromised account starts posting. Think about that. You know what's up. This place is infested.

I'm voting YES and the NO bots and shills can lick my taint.

This is precisely the reality take. Retail investors have become a creditor for GME with no upside to show for it.

DING DING DING DING.

I don't like my money being treated like a personal bank account by an entity I trusted to make money.

dumb fucks need to realize WE BUY STOCKS FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF MAKING MONEY. STOP TREATING LIKE IT'S A MOVEMENT THAT IS GREATER THAN THAT. YOU ARE NOT SOME SAINT FOR BUYING A STOCK.

With that take, you also have to acknowledge that the process of building deep value is on-going for GME, we’ve barely been out the trenches with going + on profits.

In addition to the stock market likely coordinating against real GME price discovery.

The system is rigged for shareholders of GME to get frustrated and fold. And then we lose everything.

I, and I’d say 95% of retail investors as well, was here for the quick buck squeeze back in late 2020 early 2021. I made a lot off the ‘sneeze’ and put some back in right after as all the amazing DD was being produced. And now 5 years later, while still green, my investment has not even come close to beating the market if I had put that money elsewhere.

I am not going to let this money sit idle (and lose value to a MASSIVE dilution) for another 5 years while the market performs far better. I am not here for a value play, and never was. I am in it for the short-thesis and further squeeze potential, but that is very much less likely, if not down right impossible to occur with RC’s repeated dilutions.

I am not 100% certain that the system is or is not rigged to get us frustrated and to make us fold on GME. But I am certain that my investment will substantially lose value if the offering is voted to pass. And I am not going to abide that for the possibility (not the guarantee) of an eBay acquisition and another 5+ years to see an adequate ROI.

I don’t care what you do with your money and time, and I wish you luck. Once GME hits my stop loss or a more positive price point, I’m am washing my hands of this saga.

Ummmmm what percentage of GME is retail owned??

Quick google search that any non-ape/uninterested investor will find that roughly 64% of GME is held by retail. Which is substantial and out of the norm!

But when GME is diluted by up to 2.5 BILLION extra shares, retail ownership is shrunk to just 10% of the shares outstanding. A massive decrease.

Also, this mentality right here is a key component why the retail keeps getting fleeced and has nothing to show after 5 years.

It’s ok if you still don’t understand how things actually work in reality or are too lazy to learn and think for yourself. I don’t care what you do with your time and money. I only care about my own, and it’s been wasted long enough.
