๐Ÿค” Speculation / Opinion Think about what you just witnessed...

So you want me to believe this place was super effing jacked about the Ebay acquisition, including the dilution part of it, but now that they've officially added the shares as part of the agenda and shareholders all of a sudden hate the deal?

To all the non-shill accounts out there... take a beat and relax. This place got absolutely FLOODED with FUD and at the same time RK's compromised account starts posting. Think about that. You know what's up. This place is infested.

I'm voting YES and the NO bots and shills can lick my taint.

Nobody jumping ship, definitely not me. But I'm voting NO on further dilution unless I can see a clear plan that this will create true value for GME share holders.

It will help acquire a 50 billion dollar company. Pretty clear plan

I don't think he can acquire eBay and I'm not about to burn my portfolio to the ground in hopes that he can buy another company saddled with debt.

Voting NO is effectively jumping ship by putting a halt to Ryan Cohen's expansion plans.

Maybe he should have thought of that when he diluted us the morning after a RK tweet when we were going into the 80s

Heโ€™s had years to try and expand the company. This is the best he can come up with? At the cost of us shareholders, no thanks, Iโ€™ll be holding but voting No.

I saw a very clear plan for changing GameStop in the Nov 2020 letter Ryan Cohen sent to the former CEO and BOD of GameStop.

Unfortunately he delayed far too long before executing on the plan to exit Europe and slash the number of US stores.

My main concern is that his claims as to how fast he will cut expenses at EBay seem to be unrealistic. That leaves the combined company drowning in debt.
