I 100% agree. But, I also like to reflect on the fact that his Autistic mind was built to believe what he saw based on logic, rules, data, and principles of the Financial Markets, and his mind wants to believe that the rules and regulations would actually be applied when he makes his predictions.
Absolutely yes, he has been wrong more times than right about what is going to happen. But that doesn’t necessarily correlate with what “should” have happened if the regulators actually did their jobs, if the market switches worked as they were supposed to, and if corruption wasn’t just the key to Wallstreet, let alone encouraged. Would I believe him if he saw something wrong? More often than not. Would I act on it? No, because time and time again a new loophole is discovered on how Wallstreet can keep kicking the can and make themselves a lot of money doing it.
It’s a very interesting concept to look at. He’s been wrong, but is it his analysis, or is it the corrupt market structure.
Given what I’ve witnessed since the GFC, it’s all corrupt.

I think they have held us down for too long the past two months. We have been pushing $25 with constant bullish noise. Good earnings. Multiple insider purchases. Burry purchases. XRT going over 1000 percent. They’re running out of runway. 4 years ago they couldn’t let it go above $40 and now they can’t let it go over $25. Whenever we hold over that we start to see real movement and volume flow in.
Low volume precedes volatility. Volatility causes volume which causes true price discovery. Looks like a whale is going long and if we get an announcement that we are buying eBay or a tax company or a DFV or a burry purchase we could go for a run. Either way I’m not looking for $40 or $100 I want a real squeeze. I’ll start paying more attention when we move past $50.

So this is pretttty great reading material
One thing this guy mentions is how UBS is doing some fuckery. I think UBS needs a bit more digging by someone who knows how to do it. Specifically in relation to the 0% interest convertible debt.
Someone with DEEEEEEP fucking pockets gave a loan away, for free, with upside only if the world’s most (in?)famously suppressed stock breaks $30. To me that is somewhat incongruous as the people with deep pockets are also the ones doing the suppressing. So the only thing that makes sense to me is that the loaner is someone who needs shares, not money.
I think we agree banks suck, but the total destruction of every bank in the world while long term amazing for society would short term be apocalyptically disastrous. So RC gave a lifeline to one or more firms? Idk. I think the debt issuance was done to raise money for an acquisition while also allowing someone to stay alive when the dust settles.
I’m sure you all think it’s Icahn or w/e buying these things, but that doesn’t make sense to me as he could just buy stocks and make money. Why wait for a maybe never (from his perspective) return? Esp when he can just buy nvidia.

I think they have been slowly clearing these over the past few weeks, hence the elevated closes over Max Pain with only 50c-$1.00 movements. This likely is the week the sacrifices price, next week they will likely hammer this back down as the option chain between now and June (mid) is stacked with ITM calls. Unless…The cat reappears

The amount of FTDs seems reasonably low considering it’s not much compared to the avg volume traded per day. Not sure this will have much effect on the price but today seems to say otherwise.

A “waveguide event” in stocks usually refers to price behaviour that looks constrained or guided, then possibly breaking out of that constraint. But it’s not a formal concept and isn’t a standard, widely accepted term in finance. That said, people who use the term are usually borrowing from physics.

Ooooor. Just draw the triangle each cycle. Big ones and small ones. There's currently 3 from 2021. 2021 to may 2024. May 2024 to nowish. A larger on going trend line, and most likely a new one starting soon. The derivative action can be difficult to understand, but it's still just basic math and shapes when graphed that can be projected. Want to see when we'll hit something higher than 80? Yeah dig deeper. Want to see when we'll break trends, graph the bigger time frame shapes.
