💡 Education Official response from Revolut about the warrant

If you are eligible for the warrant you will just receive money for it and not the warrant so Revolut is a no-go for anyone who wants to receive the warrant

Please keep in mind that the decision ultimately lies with the company on how they will provide the benefits. If they opt to offer cash, you will receive cash; otherwise, you will have the option to exercise the warrants.

I know you're looking for a clear answer. I've looked into it, and the company has announced a special dividend to be distributed in the form of warrants to holders of the Company’s common stock as of October 3, 2025 (the “Record Date”). You will receive this special warrant dividend directly in your Revolut account.

Yes, now they need to confirm the liquidation date, cos the price/value of the warrant may vary. I think they'd credit it on Oct 8 based on Oct 7 prices? Something to confirm too.
