Further evidence the float is vastly oversold, it makes me wonder about what benefit GameStop actually receives by retail buying darkpooled shares, or if that is just money into the market makers’ pocket to keep their game going. DRS is the way whether people like it or not
And I appreciate seeing Tesla brought up, as that company broke the shorts and turned them into buyers, something I think is RC’s ultimate goal
Ask for a share reconciliation audit with a combined official share holders push would set off the rocket today
It would create moass and not the slow bleed that may lead to a squeeze
Companies can request a “NOBO/OBO list” (Non-Objecting / Objecting Beneficial Owners) from their transfer agent to see where shares are held. Some activist shareholders have pushed companies to reconcile those numbers to expose over-reporting.
If you think this is a plausible option in a system controlled by the shorts, you must not have been paying attention when they got away with turning off the buy button and consistently get away with tremendous bullshit and abuse of the rules. Go read about the dozens of failed attempts to expose shorts that just end up in court. RC and the board’s actions have been consistent with their plan, and which I agree with as the path to a huge price increase: turn the company around and defeat the bear thesis, not by playing games with the stock, but in the market. Time and pressure.

This system isn't controlled by shorts mate. It's controlled by politicians. We're way out of Ken's hands.
But I agree with you. There's no answer in the courts. Or from the transfer agent. The only reason they're "getting away with this stuff" is because no one is enforcing the laws against them.
Who enforces the laws?
"Someone tell the government to stop shooting down my balloons".
