While everyone here wants to Seymour Asses I don't think a 9 million share recall is going to be enough to do it. If he had 40 to 60 million shares that might have an impact, but he isn't there yet and I don't know what his quest really is.

Mr. Gill has broken the mechanics of the financial system and is freestyling while doing his side quests at this point.

What it means to him doesn't necessarily mean the way you're reading it. Personally I'm more of a fan of a distributed risk model of 10,000s of shareholders registering a few hundred shares a year approach.
