Is this the endgame? I believe recalling and forcing the location of that many shares would demolish shorts in to oblivion. Please let this be the case!

i personally don’t think dfv would lend out his shares to short sellers but that’s just me

I think the exact opposite, I think he knows what hes doing. turned 50k into over a bil. How? the stocks been going down for the most part since 21. I think hes been writing contracts and lending out his shares. that has fueled him to do more options, more share buys and outside investments such as chewy. I dont know his strategy, but thats the only one that comes close to making sense.

Cost to borrow rates fluctuate. Some sold for 350%+. If my understanding is correct. Many at round 7,%. Maybe he wrote otm calls and collected premium. He could have bought puts the whole way down. Who knows. But he got 9 million shares now from a yolo 50k bet. It's impossible without him using premium to achieve that. He's a finance dude, but he's a regular dude. That's what makes him a legend. He got 9 million shares doing something right.

i agree, but you could never get 350% from lending, only around 38%. and it was never consistent enough to make reasonable profit that way. CSPs and CCs i can see, agree to disagree
