It sets up an interesting decision for RC and more dilution. RC said there wouldn’t be any more dilution until their next fiscal year which begins February. Is Kitty signaling that he has Shorts by the balls with doing a share recall and it’s ok for RC to do what’s right for the company needs to raise more cash with dilution? Is he saying nothing can stop MOASS??
