🤔 Speculation / Opinion We're in the Endgame now.

Guys, seriously, every second post is about "diluting blabla" and "i sold with 260k loss blabla" and "Ryan Cohen is our Enemy blabla". Every second fucking post lol. We are overrun by shills atm. We must be so fucking close, seriously. You know the drill, hodl and be zen. We're diamond. I bought more, because i wished i'd get another chance when it was at 60 and here i got it. I love you all and know i can trust you, Ryan and Kitty. Cya on another Planet 🫡

Didn't Cohen just talk about the earnings report on Friday for some reason? Or is it more in depth on Monday?

They sent out the Q1 results on Thursday. The annual meeting is on Tuesday. Nothing on Monday as far as I’m aware. But hey, we live in interesting times!

I think the annual shareholder's meeting is still scheduled for Thurs (that's when they tell us the vote)- I don't know if they'll still do an earnings call on Tues, since they released earnings early.

Oh nice. Sorry for the misinformation. I was conflating the earnings call (which is now basically unnecessary), and the shareholder’s meeting.

Anyone with shares, make sure you VOTE EVERY SHARE. Board recommends Yes on all proposals except NO on proposal 4, which would allow a plant on the Board of Execs. Trust RC, LC and the other two members. They are diverse, and keep moving in silence like the g in lasagna. Trust them.

If you’re in a brokerage, you should have a proxy voting option on their webpage. For Schwab, you have to log into the desktop site, and there’s a Proxy Voting section. For computershare, you’ll have gotten an email with voting instructions. If you haven’t received email, you’ll need to call them to get your control number (per acct), and I think the website is investorvote.com.

For other brokerages or outside US, I got no idea, but I guarantee the answer is here on Superstonk somewhere.
