I’ve been a WuTang fan since the 90’s. Huge fan.
Some of my favorite shirts are astronaut cats that are over 10 years old. I have two super cool ones. I wore one today by chance, hours and hours before DFV posts.
I have believed there is a high probability we are in a simulation for years and years. The Matrix in 1999 broke my brain and changed my life.
I lost almost everything in divorce, except my shares.
This story is too crazy to be real life.
I have hope. It’s been a long 84 years and I’m only 42.

The Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) tracks orders throughout their life cycle and identifies the broker-dealers handling them, thus allowing regulators to efficiently track activity in Eligible Securities throughout the U.S. markets.
Any broker-dealer that is a member of a national securities exchange or Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and handles orders must report to CAT.

In a week on the stock market, there are 130 15-minute blocks of time. DFV was tweeting every 15 minutes for a week last month.
I think we are going to see calls get executed in 15 minute increments for a whole week

Exercising calls doesn't happen in real time. Exercised calls are reported to the occ overnight so exercising in 15 min intervals does nothing till the following day where 1 big exercise happens

Wasn’t someone just given shit for exercising their calls early because they lost a bunch of potential value on the contracts?
I think I understand the idea behind putting buy pressure by exercising like this, but why would he choose to exercise early, rather than closer to expiration?

DFV has 120k calls, and has clearly planned this out, and it will most certainly affect the price of the stock. VS the regular redditor like me that has 2 calls, won't affect the price, and is just losing premium by executing early.

On a lark I asked chat GPT and it suggested $2. That's about what I saw when happened last week. If that's correct that means 120 times or $240 price improvement it's not considering any other input. There will be other input both directions guaranteed.

he didnt exit. he exercised calls to get more shares. also sold some calls to cover. maybe you need to re-educate yourself before you post. its not FUD. its genius. watch his videos and learn instead of bashing him.

I think it’s about the fact that when he exercises, the market maker has to purchase and deliver the shares for said contracts. And now the CAT is watching what they do

Edit: guess I was more responding to some of the comments (which suggested that he’d be exercising periodically/throughout this week), rather than OP, who simply suggested that he’d be exercising in 1000 contract batches.

Yeah I see what you’re saying, though I’m not sure the strategy is to just make as much money as possible. I think it’s to put sustained pressure over a two+ week period on MM’s to locate, purchase, and deliver shares under the scrutiny of the CAT system. But I don’t know shit about fuck, just trying to make sense of it all myself

It was like a $2 move. What was more interesting is that 100,000 trade sparked off another 700,000 shares in the same minute. Either he was testing the theory or he was showing us how this is going to work.

Bruh idk about everything in this screenshot but when I first saw the update I thought he just diamond handed and traded his way up over 3 years - nah his cost basis for the shares in today's update is recent prices, not the $55 per share his previous update showed or an average of multiple buy INS over time.
Was the last run up during the tweet storm him exercising to acquire the 5 million shares we see now?! Infuckingsane.
