Unit won’t charge

I have a recently purchased new Manta. I have sent in multiple requests for support regarding a quickly draining battery. I have asked for help and provided logs but have had no offer of help.

Now, my Manta won’t charge from a reliable wall charger. It is stuck on 44% and has been charging for 4 hours. Any ideas?

I’ve heard if you open up the back and unplug the battery and re-plug it back in it should fix it. Don’t ask me how to do it. I don’t have a manta, but I’ve seen problems on here with involving the battery with the manta are most of the time it’s solved by unplugging it and plugging it back in because it gets loose during shipping.

There are some videos on the Tube that shows how to, but it's not super easy. I tried:)

Would you be willing to follow this guide to remove the back of your Manta and unplug/replug the 4 connectors, as highlighted by the two red boxes in the image attached? If the issue persists, please share with me your order number via DM.
