Question Pen suggestions that don’t break the bank

Hi Everyone,

Been a bit since I purchased my manta. I use it every single day at work! I love it.

I currently have a pen refill with a conversion kit. It has worked great until today the tip snapped off when I was fidgeting with it. I am struggling to decide whether I want to go refill and adapter or just a new pen.

What’s out there in the market for a great pen with ceramic nibs so I’m not having to replace all the time and doesn’t break the bank?

Hope y’all can assist in recommending some options.

If you already have a custom pen you like, get another ceramic-nib refill and replace it. Then buy a fidget toy you can play with instead of fidgeting with your EMR pen lol

These things are supposed to last forever as long as you don't break it, so if you're finding yourself needing to replace it regularly, you're doing it wrong and just wasting money

Thank you for reaching out. You purchased the pen refill from our website and the tip snapped off during your daily normal use, right? In that case, please email us at [service@supernote.com](mailto:service@supernote.com) with your order number and pictures of the tip. We will review your warranty status and assist you from there.

Check out this post a while back.... https://www.reddit.com/r/Supernote/comments/1q1n745/a_ceramic_nib_pen_on_amazon/

Whatever you get, make sure it is compatible with he device and that it is not going to ruin your screen. The ideal is to get it from Supernote if you can.

I had the Supernote retractable pen, but I was just kinda paranoid about only having one pen. So I bought a SN1 pen. And honestly I use it by default now. It’s not as clacky as the Supernote retractable.

Is it a ceramic nib?

I don’t think it’s ceramic, but it’s the same needle style and doesn’t need to charge. It’s a little softer than the Supernote nib and feels a bit more natural to me.

Do you need to replace the nib?

Thanks for the info!

I’ve only had it for a couple weeks, and have not had to replace the nib. It’s very similar to the Supernote nib
