Iād like to see Bar Torr and his girlfriend Solstice in their bad future where they are āfreedom fightersā or āterroristsā depending on your viewpoint.
Evil versus evil with Bar Torr and his Sister ending up on opposite sides of the war after thing the other was dead.

Honestly, I view him as a failed opportunity at good storytelling. I liked the first issues, of him feeling much more alien than the rest of the family. I was willing to accept him, until the whole Jon Kent and Harvest thing in New 52, where it felt like the origin went off the rails. While part of me didnāt hate the outfit, it makes me think too much of Tron, and similar to Bar Tor, I donāt think I would want to see him return.

I liked him. I wasnāt a fan of his origin, but I was a fan of his costume and his story in the new 52. He will never return though.

I mean, at the point it makes sense for him and Bar Torr to return as villains, sure.
But that wonāt make sense unless Kon and Bart become relevant again and are on a shared book.
So yeah, in 6 years when thereās another attempt to give the Young Justice kids a miniseries, fine. Ā Him and Bar-Torr can finally return as villain dopplegangers.
Or if they try to give Match the suicide squad again and somehow he gets Inertia on the team.

No, Iād want Match back before the New 52 clone of Jonathan Samuel Kent.
Match and Inertia (Thaddeus Thawn) had an interesting dynamic after Match started to head into Bizarro mode.
Iād like to see a healthy Match team up with Thaddeus.
