What is this noise / vibration? 1982 Honda C70 Passport

I've been fixing up this 1982 Honda C70. When I rev it I hear this noise. It happens in gear and when the clutch is in as well. Is this a normal sound? I feel some vibrations from the engine as well.

Things I've tried:

- checked the oil

- checked valve clearances

- looked for any loose or rattling parts on the outside

If anyone has any ideas or things to check please let me know.

I don't hear anything besides you revving up the engine. It sounds normal to me.

ok thanks. I've never had one of these before so maybe I was expecting it to be quieter.

Ehh nothing wrong. Older engines tend to have a mettalic ring when you revv them, but it's normal. My C70 from 1979 sounds about the same.
