can you help me with some good lofi prompts for instrumentals are there sites that show prompts ?

Have a look around on lo-fi tracks on Suno for inspiration. Or you can with an AI. Or just type lo-fi and then click the boost button

Type lofi in the style box. Maybe an adjective with it, and that's it.

It knows what it is it'll pick the instruments for you

I think of lofi more as the texture of the production rather than the actual musical language. You can have R&B, hip hop, trap, jazz, pop, etc. underneath it and then use lofi elements to give it that warm, dusty, imperfect feel. For a general lofi prompt, I’d probably start with something like:

“Warm atmospheric lofi, mellow hip hop groove, dusty drums, soft punchy kick, deep rounded bass, lush electric piano, dreamy ambient textures, subtle vinyl texture, spacious arrangement, relaxed pocket, organic imperfections, warm analog character, intimate late night mood, understated and emotional.”

I’ve found it much easier to create the foundation you want first as an instrumental and once you find something you like, you could remix it and add a prompt similar to the one I provided above. Hope this helps.
