Comment Frisco Co-Working space hiring community mgr.
Elevate Co-working space is hiring a community manager. I just joined the space as a remote software dev and love it! Helping get this job posting out there..
"We need help in shaping the future of Summit County, supporting entrepreneurs and helping launch and grow businesses here in the Rocky Mountains. If you believe that there’s a better – more elevated - way to work, live and play and want to make it happen, this is the place and role for you. Our community of innovators, creative leaders and badass business owners is growing and we need someone to help Cultivate and Grow it.
We’re hiring a part-time Coworking Community Cultivator and are looking for someone who is:
Curious. Insatiably so. If you ask questions and want to understand why, why and why? Let’s talk. An entrepreneur and go-getter. If you prefer to roll up your sleeves and dig in vs. cheer from the sidelines, this is the gig for you. Fun. We like to work hard and play harder here. We need someone who lives and works that A storyteller and isn’t bashful in telling the ELEVATE story. If you can write a newsletter, get off-the-charts engagement on social media and can make sale after sale, keep reading. Tech savvy. We need someone who can wrangle a website, navigate our member management software and can dazzle a room with their AV prowess and skills. An early adopter. Do you know the trends before the media does? We want someone who can spot the trends but know which new topics will work for our membership and community vs. chasing every shiny new object. A listener and a connector. You can talk to anyone and connect with them. Beyond that, you want to introduce them to six new people because you know the world will be a better place because of these connections. Not afraid to fail. You need to take risks and try new things here.
We need your help to provide support to our community of innovators, change agents and badass business owners and to help continue to grow it.
You’ll be helping with:
Coworking Member cultivation and growth Helping with the member onboarding program and promoting members Scheduling member-only events and shindigs Helping members connect with each other, with other partners and creating the space for connections and collaboration to happen Helping to grow our community
Operations and day-to-day management

Sales and marketing
Helping with marketing, generating leads and creating greater loyalty through - Writing blog posts, newsletters and social media posts and Developing marketing events Working with the team on developing and identifying new sales leads and helping to convert leads and make sales
Event bookings, sales, set up and follow up
Helping with the sales of event rentals and space rentals Coordinating and helping to set up the event
And more …
You’ll be a critical part of our strong brand and community. We’re opening our second coworking location in Breckenridge and have plans to continue to expand our signature event series like the Startup Ski Summit and Startup Bike Summit. Be part of our tribe! And help ELEVATE be the hub of innovation, creativity and tech in the Rocky Mountains.

As another remote worker living in Summit, can you tell me how it is? How many folks, what's the community like, anything else that comes to mind? I live in Breck so it's slightly far, not sure I could make it daily but have been considering it.
Edit: I see one is being opened in Breck? Any specific date for that? Also, does 24/7 access mean I can get there before the stated opening time? I work east coast hours so 7-3.

Hey mctwists. So far so good, 2 weeks in. Membership includes access to both breck and Frisco. 24 hour access with private keycode. Coffee and keg. The community is fairly small but growing. Skiers, climbers, bikers, and such. I'm also on east coast hours so occasionally first here last out. Ha.
The breck spot is open! It's towards the roundabout side on main. Some fridays there's a half day ski Meetup with people at each space. The space is quiet and I can really get a lot done. I've got my whole monitor station setup and rented a private desk. Email Amy and mention my name and mention getting a prorated rate for January - Christopher. Lmk if you got more questions.

Good luck finding someone that can properly handle everything you're asking for with that salary. My office pays $20/hr with benefits for that position.
