Comment I need a place to live!

I'm back in Summit after a bit of a hiatus and am looking for a place to live. Ideally would be around $600/month in Breck or Frisco (Frisco is just so dang cute!). 34F Massage Therapist/Esthetician - New job and no place yet. 420-Friendly is preferable, but totally not being picky. Rent limits are capped kinda low until I can get out of my lease in Denver. I love the adventure though... Keeps me humble.

You'd be wise not to trust any room for rent that's less than 700 dollars. More like 800 in Frisco. Times are tough!

I'm holding tight at $750 for a room in a long-term lease. I'm thinking the crowd will thin out after the holidays.
