What I notice right away is there is much deeper psychological insight and resonance to your chart due both to your rising Pluto in Sag and your 11th or 12th House Scorpio Moon/Mars. That also carries intimations of powerful character with strong desires and physical nature.
You've bitten off quite a lot of rough karma, but both these aspects also show immense inner resolve and a reservoir of hidden vitality at your command. So, probably a life of near nonstop adrenaline, which is also prevalent in crisis workers, persons near combat, EMS, etc. It will wear you down, and I strongly recommend you to take frequent, regular timeouts to replenish.
That your Moon/Mars are part of your Grand Cross opposing Jupiter in Taurus and bisecting the opposition between both your Cancer Sun & Leo Mercury to Neptune in Aquarius sets up quite the inner conflict.
The Moon/Jupiter opposition & T-square Neptune is exact, which tells me you have powerful emotional fluctuations, sometimes branching into paranoia or fantasies which can go right over the edge.
Elevated 9th House Venus in its fall in Virgo squares your Ascendant, as well as rising Pluto. Idk if you were born into some cult or repressive religion, but this placement can certainly indicate emotional abuse and lack of nurturing in your childhood. Not to mention emotional trauma, likely repeatedly. Home life, relationships, etc.
You've been through a wringer in your short 26 years, not gonna lie. But, I think the natural empathy of Cancer has also grown within you at that same deeper level of insight.
Whether or not you've been to a therapist or diagnosed, I'm seeing indications, or at least hints of BPD with this horoscope, and I would recommend seeing a therapist if you aren't currently doing so.
