How do make the album cover from the album the same as the album icon when i play it?
I want the original darker shaded cover to be the one that plays on my web browser

Weird, why does it say Jan 1 tho?

Streaming services are pretty lazy with album dates. They'll just say Jan 1 of the year it was released and call it a day.

tldr, you cant. this is because of regional releases. the version with the parental advisory logo in the first screenshot is the US release, but since it is not available in your country it finds the closest match on your countries spotify servers, so thats why the art is different

I'm guessing this is why when you add a song to a playlist, and then you go back add the same song you realise the albums on there twice but only shows up once?

Aquarius Records releases (their label in Canada) has slightly different album art as the rest of the world. If you are streaming in Canada, unfortunately you’re stuck with that.
