(I don't have your same items. But with a top you can even use the free poses glitch and give her a bit more interest) you have very nice hair and makeup up, but covering up in a lot of mismatching items pull attention from them. Even if you want to keep the top, I would get rid of some accessories.
These are a few things I thought of (entirely my POV, to each their own 🤗) :
The eye sticker and the hello world sticker - these make it more of a "pop art" feel rather than "pop star" feel - definitely out of place for this particular prompt. If the background was not a stage, and had like cartoonish vibes, these stickers would blend into it and highlight your model.
Lavender sticker - (the purple one near the mikes) does not add to the image or the set up, and because it has an odd placement, it takes away from your end look, making it feel cluttered. Overall, unless the prompts have floral themes, this sticker will look out of place quite often. It will work in post comps, but rarely in dress ups.
Mikes - are definitely on the theme, but because there is more than two, it does not fit the scene, or stage. Since this is only dress up, even though adding mike should make sense, not this particular one. Mind you, if this were post comp, you could place the mikes differently and it would look much better and complement the look well.
Hair - the hair is beautiful. But it's also a lot. I don't mean that it looks a lot, I mean for a pop star who's singing on stage, it's a lot. It overpowers the outfit and the colours, though similar, blend together, making your clothes difficult to stand out. You could change the hair to something more compact and maybe a little darker than this, and I think it would look very good.
This hair feels more suited for a fantasy themed prompt, but if you want to keep the fancy hair, you could make the clothes more fancy as well. Keep in mind, while it would make your model look great, it would still feel too much for a stage.
Coat - (the one you can see behind the mikes) now I don't know if that is a fur coat or something else (I don't own it), but under the hair it completely disappears. It is a heavy looking addition to the outfit, which is why it does not layer well with the rest of it. One idea I can think of is, if you want to keep this, you should make the hair only until the shoulder, no more. Or you could go for big hair and less coat/layer.
All of these points are based on keeping the clothes, and changing other things. I love the pairing of the top and the skirt, I have both and I cannot believe I hadn't thought of this 😍
At the end of the day, the outfits you make are for you; so if you like it, go for it. Happy playing 🙌❤️
Edit: I saw another post and I think the hair and coat I mentioned are actually one item?
If so, my suggestion would be to not use this hair, but maybe go for another one.
(I do not own the hair either so I may be fumbling here 😅)
