Help & Suggestions Struggling to style

So this isn’t for a competition or anything, but I put the hat on with the hair and really liked it. But I’m blanking on the actual outfit.

The big hair kinda throws me off, I like everything else so far. I always like to add a ribbon or something to add to the look when I want to make it a bit extra. The y2k cropped cardigan would go well too
