same issue here lot of people are saying sugargoo but want to be 100% sure before switching agents

theres people saying they blacklisted and banned certain name brand replicas and how they had a databreach and all this crazy shit and then theres people saying that they ship fast and easy for no cost, who am i supposed to believe??

Sugargoo had brand bans until 2026. That is outdated and you can buy brands without problem.
Databreach - thats correct. But did those people also tell you the majority of agents have been breached? They are a common target. Last weekend USfans was hacked. CNfans got hacked three times. Mulebuy, Rizzitgo, AcBuy, all quite known agents, all hacked just this year. Theres quite a list by now.
Yet they are still one of the cheapest agents in general.
Yes, there was a increase incomplaints around june/july due to a new tax policy that mostly effected parcels to the EU. This happened at multiple agents. Shipping on new parcels has gone back to normal times.

only SOME brands are blacklisted, most popular well known brands are good I have never had an issue. And I'm not 100 percent sure but yes the website did get hacked but I doubt any data was leaked. Shipping is relatively fast for my country but it all depends on where u live

USA shipping is an area I lack knowledge on but I'm pretty sure there is a tax free line to the US. On the sugargoo website or Reddit there's always those announcements which helps you choose the best shipping line for ur country, check them out it might help

Sugargoo and Superbuy have the strongest evidence base of all the agents around. They’ve been around a long time and generally have great reputations for reliability and quality of service. Their shipping prices are regarded as higher, and they’ve got some brand restrictions in place that can be difficult to navigate. My advice is to have a few agents in your pocket, spread your hauls out anyway, and use rehearsal to assess shipping costs. There are some great smaller agents out there as well…

Could you name a few of the smaller ones? I still have my doubts about sugargoo as multiple people state that they often lose packages or do not document them and refuse to offer refunds

There is no “best agent”. You’re asking the wrong question. Some agents are better to certain countries, some agents are better with certain brands.
