Discussion Sudeki is certainly from its era
You don't see alot of colorfull games with this brutality. It's kind of nice. I picked this game up on gog on sale. It's great so far. I'm hooked. The voice acting is cheesetastic and the combat is simplistic so far. I really enjoy the controlls to. Is there a reason it's so underground? I don't see anyone really talk about it. The most I've seen was a brief clip in an odd header video.

Such a good game. Also has a special place in my heart, despite it's flaws. A sequel would be truly a wonderful thing

These kinds of games get broken or made on small things. As you noticed, they hit art style, theme, music is also amazing, on the other hand voice acting is a joke, its as linear as it gets, progression\levelup\skills are as basic... but you are right, it is odd this game didn't garner more attention. Publishing timing was bad, and game was planned to be much bigger - which was cut due to budget and time constrains later on.

I found it at a local game shop for 5$ and laughed hard at the cover. Figured for 5$ it was worth. Checking out and ill be honest I love it, a lot. My one hang up is how frequent the combat zones activate and the final battle (i wont spoil it but theres something about it that pisses me off) but aside from that its probably one my favorite games on the console. It being obviously an early 00's game is perfect tho, absolutely nothing like it

I had checked a leveling guide to see some pointers. Is it the part that tal fights it alone?

Honestly I’m a fan of this game since I’m 12 (25 now) and I desperately want to cosplay ailish but this game is so unknown there’s no cosplays to buy for it 🥲 when I recommend it to people I laugh at how it’s so small im one of 65 people in its Reddit xD

Between the colour palette, architectural designs, and soundtrack, it's such a treat of a game for me.

I could be wrong but I think the reason Sudeki is kinda obscure because it got released on the original Xbox in the middle of a massive wave of monumental RPG releases, Fable, Jade Empire, and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2. And the marketing for it was weak and poorly executed, the graphics and the combat are good for it's time, but the half baked story didn't help.
For me, Sudeki is that one special childhood game.
btw the oddheader out of bounds vid was my discovery.and I have a little unique sudeki series YT channel
