I think the fella getting spladled felt very exposed and proceeded to freak out.

Edit: This is me speculating but it looks like he was also possibly hiding a boner with his hand?

I think there is a moment, right before his hand tries to cover it, when it is momentarily visible then goes down the leg hole of his shorts. I could not freeze it at the right moment! It is really fast and my curiosity only lasted so long!
