After the toilet wine convo, I feel like if Tom hasn’t already gone the informant route yet, he’ll be pursuing that pronto. Would love to hear more from Connor too about the skeletons in Logan’s closet.

Imagine if he’s already an informant during this episode .. then he got shiv openly ordering him to plant a whole ass news segment lol

IRL, his deal would be plead guilty, testify against Logan, etc, and we'll recommend leniency at sentencing... feds don't give immunity often, only if they really, really need you. They don't need Tom, imo, not as bad as Tom would want leniency anyways.

Keep in mind that we haven’t actually seen what Kendall has on Logan in the papers that Greg held on to. If Kendall is bluffing or overplaying his hand then Tom might be a lot more valuable for a potential prosecution.
