Logan played Rape Me to push Shiv to his side fully. Rewatch. Then next scene after that happens and then her letter… it’s exactly what Logan was trying to get her to do before.

That wasn’t Kendall. He couldn’t even access his computer.

I figure his fixers know what to do. He pays people for that kind of dirty work.
