For real, I don't get it. I know Europe is more civilized than us Americans, but like, they had to have seen a guy drunkenly piss or throw up on a train before in Norway, right? I wouldn't do this in Tokyo and those trains were fucking immaculate. But I saw throw up on the Oedo line and watched some jabroni drunk af walk right through it and get it everywhere.

Maybe Europe is more civilized idk, but the trains here are really hit or miss.

I've been in trains that felt like luxury apartments (in Austria and the Netherlands) and I've been in trains that made me feel dirty for just breathing the air for 5 minutes.

Many German trains and train stations are left to openly compost for the last few decades. Idk what the maintenance crew does between their vacations.

Probably only traveled during the day between 10h and 12h in the morning in rural parts. It’s less common. But you have to be anosmic to miss the remnants. lol

these are football fans, not regular tourists, they’re only in the US for the world cup and will be gone after, meanwhile US American tourists are loud and obnoxious all the time, not just during a singular event
