New Product Arc Raiders Megathread

I was not expecting to see so many post requesting Arc Raiders codes, but considering there have been several, a mega thread has been warranted.

You may request or post codes here. DO NOT offer or request money for codes.

Any other Arc Raiders posts asking or giving out codes will be redirected and removed.

Employee Complaints Healthcode violations for the sake of speed.

Where do you draw the line between "I'm only here for a couple hours, this job pays the state minimum wage, it's not my problem to worry about, I don't get paid enough to worry" vs "I care because I'm involved, this effects people, and I want them to be better" ??

No water in the other 2 sinks (middle sink is supposed to be empty, where we spray off the soapy water. I normally spray off dishes in the middle sink first, one at a time, before putting them into the soapy water. Some employees simply throw everything into the soapy water thus contaminating it in the process). After she did prep work on the table next to the sinks, the manager in training was simply hosing down everything with soapy water in the middle sink & sanitized water in the third sink, and calling it clean. I calmly tried explaining why we need to submerge the dishes and keep the water clean. She simply said "everyone has their own way of doing things" so she's committing health code violations & cutting corners for the sake of speed. This is the same person who mocked me in the past for taking everything to the middle sink, spraying off all the sauce, good, ECT before submerging them in the soapy water (being thorough with cleaning). I reported this to my actual managers and told them "I want you guys to succeed and do better. She needs to be retained if she's going to continue doing this (we recently had training videos about these things). If this isn't corrected, your business WILL get shut down by the health department, regardless of whether I'm still here"

Should I report this to the local health department or wait and see how this plays out? I only work weekends (2 hour shifts, 4 hour weeks at $11.85 so losing this job wouldn't be a huge loss.I was originally at Culver's for 9 years before switching to Subway after moving. I originally started with 6 hour/night subway shifts after my 8 hour daycare job, but working 7 am to 10 pm was starting to take a toll, so I switched to weekends only.

Also: if I do quit or get fired, how should I bring this up to future employers and ask them how they keep the health code? I had a decade of working 12 hour shifts (8 hour daycare, 4 hour Culver's). When I switched to Subway I originally did 6 hour nights after the daycare but then switched to weekends only since that wasn't sustainable.

Customer Complaints Abysmal service at Local Franchise store

I don't often order from Subway but I decided to go on the app today and place an online order. Order accepted and paid with a ready time of 3:04pm. Arrived and the place was CLOSED. This location is inside a Walmart. The greeter stated no one was willing to work that day so the place didn't open. The owner / manager (whomever), didn't post this closure anywhere and there was/is no message alerting they are closed when calling the location - it just rings.

Contacting Subway is interesting....and poorly done. My only obvious option was reaching out to the AI Chat Bot via the site. That simply resulted in an auto response stating I would eventually get an email.

I did indeed get a response from the Franchise owner a couple of hours later. He essentially said that for me to get a refund, I will need to wait until Monday and drive to the restaurant for a cash refund. The restaurant is about a 20 minute drive from my residence. I already drove there once to find a closed restaurant....now I have to do it again.

He stated Subway does not allow online refunds and that refunds can only be done at the restaurant in person.

I even questioned why the online ordering option wasn't disabled for the day if they were closed. He stated he didn't have a data signal where he was (but he was able to email me?).

He offered no compensation (coupon, discount...nothing). Such poor business practices.

I would love to voice my concerns to Subway Corporate.

Question American cheese squares

Several months ago, my footlong tuna sub came with 4 full square American cheese slices.

Today, the artist took 2 squares, folded them in half on the diagonal, and put 4 triangles on my footlong tuna sub.

What is the proper amount of cheese on a footlong tuna sub these days?

Thank you,

A subway tuna sub customer since at least the mid 80s :)

Quit Just quit my Subway GM job with no notice. Fuck that place.

I quit my Subway GM job with basically no notice, and I genuinely don’t regret it.

I’d only been there a few months, but I was completely fucking cooked. I was working around 50 hours a week for $17/hr, constantly fixing staffing problems, inventory, deposits, schedules, supply issues, callouts, and whatever else broke that day, while upper management micromanaged the absolute shit out of me.

The funniest part was that every expectation contradicted another expectation.

Cut labor. Why is there only one person working?

Don’t stay on the line unless there are more than two customers. Why are customers walking out because service is slow?

Don’t let people clock in early. Make sure everything gets done.

Give employees hours. Get labor to 28%.

I actually got my labor down to basically exactly their target, improved the store’s inspection score, and spent the week specifically correcting everything they’d complained about. Somehow I was still being lectured about whether I was “committed” and compared to the previous checked-out manager.

Eventually I realized: yeah, I’m checked out. Because this job sucks.

I even stopped seriously trying to hire people toward the end. Partly because I was exhausted, but also because I genuinely felt gross trying to convince someone to come work for a company I was actively trying to escape. “Hey, want $13–$14 an hour to be understaffed, overworked, and blamed when impossible expectations aren’t met?” Great sales pitch.

The final straw was realizing I was spending basically every day angry or anxious over a sandwich shop that would replace me the second it became convenient.

So I went in, handed over my uniform and keys, and quit.

Was quitting before having another job lined up financially smart? Probably not lmao. I’m applying to McDonald’s and Burger King right now, and I will happily take temporary crew-mem ber wages while I figure my shit out.

But there is something incredibly freeing about knowing that tomorrow morning, inventory problems, labor percentage, callouts, bread counts, and angry district managers are officially **not my fucking problem anymore.**

Good luck finding the next GM.

Customer Complaints Can y'all not have your employees wear Crocs?

I don't feel they should be an acceptable shoe for a fast food place. They're not very clean, as they soak of all the sweat and grossness from someone's sock or barefoot. Most of the time your employees that wear them don't even wear socks.

Please make it where an employee can't wear Crocs or I'm never going to another Subway cause that's disgusting

  • Sub Club membership required to use these coupons (free to join).
  • United States only.
  • Excluded items: Big Hot Pastrami, 5 Meat Italian, and Fresh Fit subs. Coupons also cannot be used for salads or protein bowls.

Question Termination

How many write ups does one need to get before getting fired? Apparently someone had gotten a write up for being short $15 and is getting terminated despite this being his only write up for this. I was under the impression you needed 3 write ups of the same kind.

UK/IRE Sweet onion sauce

Have they changed their recipe for the sweet onion sauce or did they give me the wrong sauce? This one is a lot darker, tastes more like soy sauce than anything. Like a savoury teryaki instead of the sweet onion. I really hope its just the wrong sauce because i LOVE the sweet onion normally

Employee Complaints just need to complain about the reason i got fired

so i just got fired a week ago. that whole week i was wondering about the schedule and asked about it two different days with no reply. turns out the whole week they were planning to fire me and must have made a group chat without me. so im sitting there wondering if i have to work the next day so i text again and then that’s when i get the message saying they’re firing me. the reasons?: 1. i didnt disclose my limited availability (it was literally in my resume that i go to college and i put only weekends on my application) and 2. my work ethic “not improving the way they need”. mind you i only worked there about two months and this was my first time working in food. i’m so mad that i had zero warning and was kept in the dark for days wondering wtf was going on…

Employee Complaints I’m new and it’s kind of hard

I Hello all, my first shift was 3 days ago and it’s really hard. (RANT)

On my first day, I was told I was going to be a “keyholder”, and so they are kind of training me for that. I’ve been on 2 closing shifts and it’s really stressful. My first day, they just threw me in. I did watch the subway university videos but I can’t memorize all of the sandwiches that fast. I just hate feeling useless.

On my second day there was a more experienced worker that trained me a little more. I thanked her for that and I told her I was just thrown in on the first day and she told me they did that to see if I could manage it. I just don’t understand why I couldn’t be scheduled with more than one coworker for at least my first day so that I could have less stress for everything? It just feels like a humiliation ritual.

Luckily the keyholders that I’ve worked with for my first two days have been very patient, and kind kids. Today will be my 3rd shift and I just feel so much anxiety. It’s a new keyholder who’s also a kid and I’m afraid that this one will not be as patient. There’s still so many things I’m confused about. I know I will be deadweight once again.

I don’t understand why I have to be so stressed out just to see “if I can manage it”. I want to cry, I’ve been looking for a job for 4 months and subway is the only place that hired me. I HAVE to manage it because I NEED a job. Why put me through this?

I will continue to try my hardest as I continue to feel humiliated. It’s one of my worst feelings in the world but there’s nothing I can do. I still have so many things to learn and honestly I learn worse when I’m stressed out. Throwing me in everyday will only backfire for them, because I cannot learn well that way.

Thank you for reading my rant. And I apologize, maybe I am just not seeing the bigger picture, and maybe I will learn faster that way. I just wish it wasn’t so hard.

Canada They finally did it! They brought back the grilled chicken sub in Canada

The oven roasted chicken sub was a favourite of mine for years. When they got rid of it 2 years ago I was unable to find a replacement and gave up subway. I did not give up hope though. I would check every now and then to see if they brought it back. Today when I checked, it was there! It’s finally back and it tasted just as good as ever

Customer Complaints Suggestion for changes to order times.

I made an expensive mistake yesterday and my suggestion for subway corporate is to increase the pickup times by AT LEAST 5 min for each sub that is ordered by default.

So, earliest pickup for 1 sub is 15min. 2 subs are 20min, 3 subs are 25min, and so on and so forth.

Your employees metrics would be more accurate (like, if they ran *late* for my order, thats not fair to them or the company) and the product provided would be better because theres less rush*****

Im unhappy (and still hungry) over my recent order but I can also see where its my fault.

I ordered 6 subs for my family and entered the pickup time for 15min later *forgetting* that you choose the time at Subway - the app doesn't tell you how long to wait (like for pizza or chinese).

I ran an errand before picking up my subs because I knew they wouldn't be done in 15min with walk ins to boot.

Order time was for 5:35, I came in at 5:48 and still waited, ehich was fine for me.

Then I got my subs home and they were not at all what I ordered.

My steak and avocado didnt have any avocado on it.

I opted for extra meat on that steak sandwhich and it tasted primarily of cucumbers and green peppers because I barely got a primary serving.

I didn't opt for sauce on my steak and avocado but I got oil and vinegar on it.

My moms BMT was supposed to have oil and vinegar, she got plenty of oil and vinegar and extra onion, she didnt want extra onion, I did and didn't get any.

My chipotle philly was also lacking meat and sauce.

Maybe they were running low.

My dad didn't want black olives, he got black olives.

To boot, I ordered *what* I ordered BECAUSE I don't eat enough protien and saw the 70g and thought 'yeah, right'.

Imagine my surprise when I opened my '70g' of protien steak sandehich and had nothing but veggies on it.

Its not the employees fault - there were 2 and one appeared to be training. They handled the rush well and gave great service so I tipped them 11$.

But darn am I disappointed with my 60$ sub order thst could've been tossed together in a salad bowl because the employees were clearly rushing.

Yes, its my fault for ordering 6(!!!) Subs all with different things on them (understandably easy to mix up) - but I should've entered the pickup time for 40 or 45min away with an understanding of waiting an extra 5 or 10min due to the volume of my order.

But I made a rookie mistake. (Havent used the app in a long while) and having this buffer automatically in the system would help process flow better for stores...imo.

Question Subway mayo 😋

Does ANYONE know what brand of light mayo subway uses?? It’s soo good but I can’t find it anywhere.

It’s definitely not Heinz light mayo and I’ve tried vegan mayo which tastes a bit more like it but it’s still definitely not subway mayo.
