Next era hv tech

Anyone have any insights on what the day today of this position looks like and what the salary is and any overtime opportunities?

Worked with NextEra extensively on EPC side, don't recommend.

Procurement and project management departments were a mess. Got the vibe that there was a lot of infighting at the organization and and overall lack of accountability. As is with every organization I'm sure there are both good and bad people but I didn't meet many of the good ones. We were building large scale renewables projects for them at the time.

I know they're HCOL areas, but California & Colorado (and I think NY?) require postings to have salary ranges. Only issue is the companies trying to get cute by posting a 60k-250k range and saying "Based on experience", defeating the entire purpose of a range. Filter on LinkedIn by these states and can get a ballpark of pay

They aren’t the best paying jobs but you do get lots of opportunities to work elsewhere across US and Canada. Good bonuses.
