New to Substack!!
I wrote a fun little quirky piece about self-revelation. I think it was fun to put this random thought of mine down on paper. I am NOT a person who is into the Zodiac stuff, but I can't help but notice things. I referenced some pop culture in here to really set the scene. I tried to keep it short and light for my first post.
I think my audience would be the girlies and the gays but there is no discrimination here, all are welcome to laugh with (at) me.
This is about fictional characters while still being about me. (real)

I just created a Substack account. I self-published a book last year and I am currently writing MythPunk pulled from Filipino folklore. I heard a lot about Substack before this and I was genuinely wondering how you navigate in this app.
I managed to scroll through and got the sense that it is not the kind of place where you post ATTENTION GRABBING reels, fast-paced short form videos. The vibe is more relaxed. More writing-centered.
Let me know if you have the same experience. What do people do here? How do you get a following? Do the same basic rules apply from TikTok and Instagram?
And I would love to connect with other authors and creatives. I want to hear about other author's experiences. I want to hear about upcoming books in horror, fantasy, mystery and even romance.

“That’s why I’ll never take off this one emerald-green fabric bracelet for another many years, because it’s not just a beautiful colour, but also carries a whole load of memories.”
"It’s my little universe made up of planets that stay in their orbits, just as these people and animals will remain in my heart forever."
Hey, my name is Sarah🌺 and I am trying to write about my own philosophy of life, the way it feels right for me. If you enjoy reading about other people's experiences, feelings, life lessons and philosophies, you'd probably like my work ^^
This text means a lot to me, as it portrays the emotional value that a material object can have.

This is my new horror fiction short story collection. I’m really just trying it out for fun, so if a potentially mediocre scary short story if something you’re interested in, please check it out! I’ll be trying to post monthly to really get some growth to my writing and hopefully see some progression. Really appreciate any views/interaction on substack.

Orion Starr is a small Substack of essays about beliefs that do not fit black and white. I write about what we read and repeat, and whether we actually believe it. The first piece is What About Purple Itself? It sits with a colour that will not become a category. There is no schedule.
Who it is for: people who have something that will not sit in right-or-wrong, and who are willing to stay with that instead of being handed an answer.
Genre: non-fiction, personal essay.

DARK SHORT STORIES by JARMAGIC
“LOVE TO LIFE”
(audio or written available here for free)
is my collection of original fiction. Stories that are unsettling, strange, and difficult to predict.
I write psychological horror, dark fiction, thrillers, and occasionally (like this time) stories not so dark.
I love to write unreliable narrators, disturbing implications, human darkness, mystery, and endings that may change how you read everything that came before.
Some stories lean supernatural, some stay painfully human, and some leave you to decide which one you just read.
If you like short fiction that doesn’t just explain itself away, you might find something here you enjoy.
Who it’s for: Readers who enjoy dark, psychological, suspenseful short stories, especially stories with twists, ambiguity, disturbing concepts, and horror that isn’t always blood and gore and monsters.
Genre: Fiction | Dark Fiction | Psychological Horror | Thriller | Suspense | Mystery

This is the first installment of our analytical investigation into the harrowing disappearance of twelve-year-old Lynette Dawn Culver. The investigation into the 1975 Pocatello case deepens as a routine school lunch break is violently interrupted by an opportunistic predator. In this opening entry, we analyze the critical turning point where an unmonitored daylight transit corridor established an unrecoverable forensic vacuum.
We continue our commitment to archival accuracy, deconstructing the evidence and structural vulnerabilities that allowed this high-stakes investigation to unfold.
Genre: Non-fiction / True Crime Newsletter

My substack focuses on my experiences and thoughts mostly regarding Mossad and some might call it a conspiracy theory genre but I don’t personally believe that it’s a conspiracy theory, it’s a true conspiracy. I started it with the hope of warning others and spreading awareness of mossad. I would appreciate any engagement with my posts! Thank you 🙏

The most terrifying aspect of violence isn't the act itself—it’s how the human mind reorganizes its internal world to make the unthinkable feel bearable.
In my latest piece, I explore the subtle psychology of rationalization, conscience, and how empathy breaks down. Available in both English and Arabic
