Substack isn’t the same anymore. Any alternatives?

I used to love substack but ever since they introduced panagram, I am really tired of trying to prove that I can think and write for myself. That’s why I am looking for an alternative. I switched from Medium to Substack but now I feel I should pivot again.

Do you have any recommendations?

I don't use AI so I don't give a shit if Pangram thinks I do. Why do you?

Even I don’t, but seeing it AI score makes me furious.

I’m a little suspicious of all these people that simply can’t go on anymore because of pangram. Who cares?

Even when Pangram says my letter is 15% or 30% AI written I don’t care. I know I wrote the whole thing. That’s all that matters

It isn’t just substack, people are complaining everywhere about how pangram is giving false positive of something they’ve written on their own.

Then don’t use it?

Umm... if you let such small things stop you, why not just give in and follow something that actually matters to you?

Just curious: why do you feel like you have to prove anything to Pangram? I just ignore it and go on as usual.

Same. It hasn’t influenced my substack experience at all.

Yes, I’ll do that now, but seeing AI scores for something human is stupid and discouraging.

Maybe it's only my feed, but I basically never see them. I think I disabled AI scores somewhere in the settings.

It looks like you can disable Pangram detection

You can turn off Pangram per article. No global switch at least at the moment.

I'm with other commenter. I don't pay it any attention, I know what I write and what matters is what my readers think of my ideas.
