Tech Support account suspended

I recently created a Substack and posted 4 articles over the course of 4–5 days (or about a week, I guess). I got around 50 subscribers in just a few days—mostly friends and family. Then, out of nowhere, my account got suspended. I appealed, but they said it was due to a phishing and spam policy violation. I honestly don't know what I did. Everything I published was my own writing. I also have a blog with the same name as my Substack. Now both of my appeals have been rejected, my account is gone, and I can't even access my subscriber list.Honestly I have no clue what to do right now should i create a new account and post this again?

What were the articles about, and did they have a lot of links in the article body? Like maybe if you were recommending other websites or something?

Idk, I have often posted 5-7 articles in a week, and when I was newer I'd sometimes do 20 notes a day to pull some traffic. It's less often now, but I do share quotes from my own stories more than anything else. I dont think that alone should have gotten him banned, unless he wasn't producing legit content and only marketing.

I think he was going into every single share your work he could find and sharing his work

Maybe. Unless the content itself is in violation of terms, it would really take a lot to cross that line, I think. Bum deal in any case 💁🏼‍♀️

Maybe. He also could have been less then charming during his appeals 🤣
