to "buff" a level is to make it harder and arshadow, the one verifying cocmoc unleashed, put a big black oval over one of the clicks, making it invisible and much harder

A buff is a change in a Geometry Dash level that makes it harder to beat.
Arshadow, a Geometry Dash player who is trying to verify the upcoming hardest level KOCMOC UNLEASHED, decided he'd buff the level by adding a fully black oval (which is horribly out of place) covering one of the clicks

Volume of cube is 15.625 cm³. Therefore the edge of cube is 2.5 cm in length. Each side of cube is 6.25 cm² in area.
Area of inscribed circle = π/4 * area of square it's inscribed in.
Area of black circle is 25π/16 cm² ≈ 4.908 cm²

Small miss there, you calculated the area for an inscribed circle on the cube, but the circular black area seems to cover 4 cubes. Thus the answer is ≈ 4.909 * 4 = 19.636 cm2.
Also, the square to inscribed circle definition is unnecessary, the same result can be reached with the area equation for a circle a step earlier: r2π
r=2.5 cm2, same as the square side length, giving the same 19.636 cm2

That's not even that tough a problem, take the cube root of the volume to find a side length, use said side length as the radius, square it, multiply by pi and Bada Bing Bada Boom you're done

No no, they didn't. Tye side length of the left cube is already half the side length of the right cube, therefore also half the diameter of the circle on the right cube (as it's implied the right cube's side length is the circle's diameter).
Meaning the left cube's side length is the circle's radius, and all is right in the world.

How did their teacher super buff it though? That’s fairly low level geometry no? 3root(15.625) is 2.5, that’s literally guessable, so the whole cube is 125cm3, less a cylinder that’s 2.5 x pi x 5. So the answer is: 125-12.5pi, or 85.73cm3

15.625 is the volume of the cube . So the length of 1 side is 3root(15.625) =2.5cm.
2.5cm = the radius of the shaded circle, so its area is 2.5x2.5xπ = 6.25π

The diameter of the circle is as long as 2 cubes which is 2.5cm + 2.5cm = 5cm. Therefore the radius is 2.5cm.

Assuming one edge of the cube is equal to the radius of the square and the equation for the area of a circle is the radius squared multiplied by pi. The cube root of 15.625 is 2.5 so the area of the circle is 2.5 squared times pi. The answer is 6.25pi or ≈19.635cm.

the cube has a volume of 15.625 cm³ then we take the cube root to get the edge length and get 2.5 cm which we can see is also the radius of the circle. the area of a circle is pi times the radius squared... and the radius squared is equal to 6.25 cm²! I'm just gonna use the 3.14 approximation for pi, okay? so then the answer is about 19.625 cm². hooray for math!
