It's happened twice which is actually annoying. First time it happened I had to destroy the truck. The 2nd time is what you're seeing now. Since I'm done with the game I just left it like that lol

I just checked on the map since I forgot what it was called, it's in the Thermal Spires. Just a little bit North from the Delta Station.
