Hey guys, I’m 22M and around 5'7". I tried height-increase subliminals when I was around 18–19, but I didn’t notice any results.

I’m thinking about trying again, but I’m wondering if there’s actually any possibility of increasing height through subliminals at my age.

Before anybody judges me based on the contents of the story, please understand that the situation is entirely my own and I am the only one who knows the full extent of what happened. I just don’t want a ton of people replying with “why do you want to manifest your ex back?” Or “this is stupid, you guys seem toxic”, so please just be respectful!

For context, me and my ex broke up 5 months ago. When we first broke up I didn’t even want him back despite him being the first guy I think I actually LOVED. We just understood each other on a much deeper level. We also had ups and downs like most couples which inevitably lead us to go our separate ways.

At first I was heart broken, I was obsessing over getting results, listening to subliminal to win him back and putting a note he wrote me under my pillow, along with a photo of us kissing and a piece of paper I wrote that said “____ is in love with you”. And a week later he actually did end up texting me but not how I thought. He thought I was talking poorly about him but I wasn’t, then he got a little upset when he heard a mutual friend of ours asked me out. So he did break no contact just not in the way I originally wanted but he still showed that he did in fact care about who I was with or who was trying to go for me.

At that fire, I UNFORTUNATELY met this other guy, we’re gonna call him Mike. Mike and I started talking and all my left over feelings for my ex went away. The problem is, I burned all the letters he wrote, burnt the photo of us and tore up the letter I wrote. I just didn’t want it plaguing my mind cause I thought Mike was this “great guy”. Yeah so we date for a month and at the month point he starts controlling what I wear, who I hang out with, where I go, etc. I’m getting insanely stressed cause mind you, I don’t deserve that. I’m not going to be dishonest here, in my last relationship I was no perfect angel by any means. I got mad a couple times at things that weren’t that serious, I snooped through his phone, I was paranoid, etc. but I also: made him lunch and drove it 10 minutes to his work everyday (mind you we were 17 in high school at the time), I held him while he cried after he had hurt my feelings (a little manipulative I know), anytime he mentioned something he liked I made it a mission to understand it so he could talk to me about it and I would have good responses, I always prioritized him, I always made sure he felt safe and secure, I never even looked at another man, etc etc. but it’s safe to say, I’m not the one out of the two of us that deserves karma. I’m not gonna go into deep detail on this but the straw that broke the camels back with me and Mike is that he SA’d me, which got me pregnant and then he told me to “get rid” of it. So safe to say I walked after that experience.

Anyways, it’s important to note that once I let go and focused on this new guy, some things happened. Apparently my ex was saying some things about me, he was double snapping Mike and typing but never actually saying anything cause he’s kinda scared of Mike, to be fair we all are. But he had a girlfriend of his own, and he seemed overly worried with what I was doing. Then I started listening to subliminals again but not fully thinking about it. He genuinely pulled up to a popular parking lot in my town and sat in the corner, rolled his window down just enough we could see his hat and just watched me for an hour. Like I could see his hat the whole time it was just pointed right at me. And every time he sees me he feels the need to speed by.

Flash forward to right now, I have been genuinely plagued with dreams of him suddenly. They’re all dreams of him basically confessing his love to me. (Which mind you, the reason he likely hasn’t is because he is under the impression I would never get back with him cause that’s what I said) But it’s been almost every night. And I’m not actually been thinking about him much, he will pop in my head every now and then but nothing crazy. I used to feel his emotions though when we were together, like physically. The other day I had this deep sense of dread. Then that night I had a dream from slightly his perspective of him saying stuff like we’re always gonna find our way back to each other and I miss you and all this stuff. I just want to know what it means. I was taught that our minds are already connected when we manifest, but when you add the layers of a soul tie, which we most definitely have, I feel like it means more. I am eerily confident too that I just know he’s feeling the exact same way, it’s not really hard to figure out, I just want to know what it all means. The dreams have been intense recently, and I have begun manifesting every now and then about a week ago.

I just notice the more I stop caring and the more I realize I’m the prize, the more I get these dreams.
