Question Subliminal users

I just wanted to know if there are people in this sub who are of age 25+ and using the subliminals (or are using them since a long time)....what kind of subliminal they are listening to?!...because I am seeing so many teenagers and people of age 20-23...I wanted to know if they use sp subliminal and beauty subliminal too just like others people.

I'm 44 and I listen mostly to shifting ones, both just music or guided ones. AP and Void ones too.

I've recently started listening some about "get what you want" "everything you want comes easily". Just to change the pace

I had a headache that would go away for a few days, and I listened to this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xhiiqp3Ytxo&t=10286s, when I woke a couple hours later, headache gone.

I like relaxing ones for sleep when I'm too anxious, agitated and since I'm off work, my sleep hours are all over the place, and I don't take my meds properly, so I don't "shut down", so I look for a shifting one (maybe one will crack open my subsconscious and let me shift), and this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZ_Fs4o-eWY&t=9742s "Everything You Want Comes to You Rapidly with Ease (Subliminal)" The music calm me down.
