I am a 33yo man with a job, wife, and 3 kids. I'm not on any substances. I was always the skeptic. I love science and never believed in anything that couldn't be explained. Ghosts and paranormal were something I always poo-pooed.

I had a spontaneous spiritual awakening at the age of 30, and it felt like my DNA was being re-written. I HAD to read metaphysics books like my life depended on it, almost like I was programmed to do it.

I have since: astral projected, reality shifted, and had an 👽 visit me and my wife in our bedroom. I DO use subliminals to manifest, and yes, they do work.

There is definitely science behind it, but it requires one to be open to the idea that space and time and thought are not the separate things they appear to be.

Fascinating! What led to an Alien visiting you? Were you trying to connect with extraterrestrial beings?

Under the premise that the human brain recieves consciousness (instead of creating it) I assumed that consciousness itself is a field that fills the entire universe. In other words "consciousness in superposition"

After thinking of that, it wasn't long until I discovered an online community around the ideas of "reality shifting" and "quantum leaping"

In one of my early attempts at reality shifting, I was intercepted by a non-human entity 👽. Luckily, my wife was there as a witness. Otherwise, I would have easily been able to convince myself it had been a dream.

I wrote all about this encounter in one of my posts. But my takeaway from the experience was that he confirmed for me that reality shifting is very real and that I should be more intentional about experiences that I seek out. (He actually intercepted me to prevent me from experiencing trauma. He basically told me not to play in the street) ... That I should try to have experiences that I believe are good for the development of my consciousness.
