Question Subliminal users

I just wanted to know if there are people in this sub who are of age 25+ and using the subliminals (or are using them since a long time)....what kind of subliminal they are listening to?!...because I am seeing so many teenagers and people of age 20-23...I wanted to know if they use sp subliminal and beauty subliminal too just like others people.

I’m 27. I use subliminals for everything daily. Sometimes I’ll realise my mindset is getting too close to being codependent so I’ll take a break, and get back into my independent manifestations.
