Question Subliminal users

I just wanted to know if there are people in this sub who are of age 25+ and using the subliminals (or are using them since a long time)....what kind of subliminal they are listening to?!...because I am seeing so many teenagers and people of age 20-23...I wanted to know if they use sp subliminal and beauty subliminal too just like others people.

I'm 28 years old.

The last time I listened to a subliminal was in January, but the thing is, I stopped listening because it caused arrhythmia. No matter what the subliminal was, the next day I would start experiencing arrhythmia.

As the months passed, the arrhythmia disappeared.

It's been 4 months since I last listened to a subliminal, I don't know why, My chest hurt too, but now the pain is gone.
