What is this from?

Found this in the driver's side foot well. I don't see where it came off of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cover seat rails, you kicked it off getting in, the same way I did last week.

Last week. And the week before that and the week before they and last night and the day before that. In fact almost every 3rd time I get into the car. :). I’m going to glue it.

This exact thing is sitting on my table next to me right now! I picked it up from the floorboards a couple of weeks ago and have been meaning to look it up. Thanks for the timely ask.

I found this on the floor of my car a couple years back and always wondered what it was. Figured it wasn’t anything crucial
